25 years ago a young man from Yorkshire in England did no exercise, had a horrendous diet, and felt dead tired. Each day he was more unhappy than the day before and his confidence level went below zero.

Now I will share with you what I’ve learned through my life about losing weight and helping others in the exact same position as you…

The problem you have is NOT just about losing weight

Yes that’s right, the real problem you have is NOT just about losing weight – It’s about losing weight AND keeping it off.

Most likely you have experienced losing weight, only to gain it back. You are certainly not alone with this.

Let’s look at the example of Louise (not her real name).

Louise has been overweight most of her adult life. She has tried many different diets and many different types of exercise. She could lose weight sometimes, yet she could never keep her weight off.

By the time she got into her 50’s she was so despondent about the prospects of being overweight for the rest of her life that she paid thousands of dollars for weight loss surgery. This had the effect of her losing weight, but again it was short term and she gained her weight back.

Now well into her 60’s, Louise is still struggling as much as ever with her weight. She will suffer for the rest of her life because she is missing the most important part of losing weight and keeping it off.


On the other hand, let’s look at Kathy who also struggled with her weight for many years.

She then lost 33 pounds over 15 months, and has kept ALL her weight off over the years since. She was extremely happy with her new weight and to this day still is.

Kathy went from drinking wine and eating sweets every day, to having them weekly and enjoying them more.

Kathy went from not exercising, to exercising 3 times every week and being happy to do this exercise and enjoy it.
